Lea Hutson is a visionary leader dedicated to transforming the lives of young adults through mentorship and practical skill-building. With a profound belief in the power of hands-on education, Lea founded Visible and Built to bridge the gap between traditional learning and real-world success. Her background in community service and passion for trades like carpentry and farming have shaped the organization’s unique approach to character development.
